The Oklahoma Supreme Court refused to rule on the request to appoint
Judge Margaret Bomhoff as the special judge of the Court of Existing Claims
(CEC) beyond the expiration of her term on July 1, 2022.

Dustin Davison, the CEC Administrator, was asked to determine if he
is authorized by statute and by the Rules of the Court of Existing Claims
to declare that Judge Bomhoff can continue to serve until her successor
is duly appointed.
