Two orders were issued on the afternoon of 6-30-2022 by the Honorable Margaret A. Bomhoff, Judge of the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims.

“Pursuant to 85 O.S. 400 (Q), as Presiding Judge of the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court of Existing Claims, I hereby appoint Margaret A. Bomhoff as a full time temporary special Workers’ Compensation Judge for the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court of existing Claims, with all powers and authority as set forth in 85A O.S. 400 (M). This appointment is effective on July 1, 2022 at 12:01 A.M.”

For now, the Court of Existing Claims will move forward in regards to any old claims filed previous to the establishment of the Workers’ Compensation Commission.
